نحن في ليدرماس (LeaderMas) نقدّم محتوى تعليمياً رقمياً يُسلَّم فور إتمام الدفع مباشرة عبر حسابك على منصتنا، ولا يوجد أي شحن أو منتج مادي. ومع ذلك، نلتزم برضا المتدرّب التزاماً كاملاً.
مدة الاسترجاع
يحق لك طلب استرجاع كامل لقيمة الكورس خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
كيفية تقديم الطلب
أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى info@leadermas.com من نفس البريد المستخدم في عملية الشراء، مع ذكر رقم الطلب. سنردّ عليك خلال 48 ساعة.
مدة التنفيذ
تتم إعادة المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء. لا نخصم أي رسوم إدارية.
ما الذي يُستثنى
- الطلبات التي مضى على شرائها أكثر من 14 يوماً.
- الحالات التي يثبت فيها تحميل مواد الكورس أو إعادة نشرها، لأن المحتوى يصبح في حكم المُستهلَك بالكامل.
الوصول إلى الكورس
عند تنفيذ الاسترجاع يُلغى وصولك إلى الكورس تلقائياً من المنصة.
الدعم قبل الاسترجاع
إن واجهتك مشكلة تقنية في الوصول أو تشغيل الدروس، راسلنا أولاً — في أغلب الحالات نحلّها خلال ساعات دون حاجة لإلغاء اشتراكك.

Refund Policy
LeaderMas sells digital educational content (recorded online video courses) that is delivered instantly upon payment through the buyer’s account on our own platform. There is no physical product and no shipping. We are nevertheless fully committed to customer satisfaction.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email info@leadermas.com from the address used for the purchase, quoting your order number. We respond within 48 hours.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No administrative fees are deducted.
Exclusions
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Cases where course materials have been downloaded or redistributed, as the content is then considered fully consumed.
Course access
Course access is automatically revoked from our platform when a refund is issued.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or playing the content, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within hours without needing to cancel your enrolment.
