هذه السياسة تشرح ما نجمعه من بياناتك في موقع LeaderMas (leadermas.com) وفي تطبيق ليدرماس على أندرويد، ولماذا نجمعه، ومع من نتشاركه، وكيف تتحكّم به. كُتبت بلغة واضحة عن قصد: كل بند فيها يصف ما يفعله الموقع والتطبيق فعلاً.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة.
- لا إعلانات في التطبيق — لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي شبكة إعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك لأغراض إعلانية.
- لا نطّلع على موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك ولا كاميرتك ولا ملفاتك — التطبيق لا يطلب هذه الأذونات أصلاً.

ما لا نجمعه
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا صورك أو ملفاتك، ولا تسجيلات الميكروفون أو الكاميرا. أذونات التطبيق محصورة في: الإنترنت، حالة الشبكة، الاهتزاز، الإشعارات، والشراء داخل التطبيق.
بيانات بطاقتك البنكية لا تمرّ علينا إطلاقاً. الدفع يتم لدى مزوّد الدفع مباشرة، ولا نرى رقم بطاقتك ولا نحفظه.
3. مع من نتشارك بياناتك
لا نبيع بياناتك. ونتشاركها فقط مع خدمات تشغيلية يحتاجها التطبيق للعمل:

وقد نكشف بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو للدفاع عن حقوقنا في نزاع، أو لمنع احتيال أو إساءة استخدام.
4. حقوقك
- الاطّلاع: تطلب نسخة مما لدينا عنك.
- التصحيح: تعدّل اسمك أو بريدك من حسابك، أو تراسلنا.
- الحذف: تحذف حسابك وكل ما يخصّه — انظر البند التالي.
- الاعتراض وسحب الموافقة: توقف الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو من جهازك في أي وقت.
- الشكوى: إن كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو بريطانيا، يحقّ لك تقديم شكوى لجهة حماية البيانات لديك.
5. حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. والحذف فوري.

يُحذف: حسابك وتقدّمك وملاحظاتك وأسئلتك ونتائجك ونقاطك وقائمة أمنياتك وإشعاراتك وأجهزتك واشتراكك في الكورسات.
يبقى بلا اسمك: سجلّات الشراء. نحتفظ بها كسجلّ مالي يفرضه القانون ويُستخدم في أي استرداد أو نزاع لاحق، بعد إزالة اسمك وبريدك ورقمك منها فلا تعود تدلّ عليك.
6. مدّة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات حسابك: ما دام حسابك قائماً.
- بعد طلب الحذف: تُنفَّذ خلال 30 يوماً كحدٍّ أقصى، وتختفي من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 90 يوماً.
- سجلّات الشراء المجهَّلة: للمدّة التي يفرضها القانون المحاسبي.
- تقارير الأعطال: وفق مدد Google Crashlytics.
7. أمان بياناتك
الموقع والتطبيق يتصلان عبر HTTPS مشفّر، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة مُجزّأة (hashed) لا نصّاً صريحاً. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، لكننا نراجع الصلاحيات ونحدّ من الوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات.
8. الأطفال
الخدمة موجّهة لمن هم في 16 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممن هم دون ذلك، وإن علمنا بحساب كهذا حذفناه. إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن ابنك سجّل لدينا، راسلنا ونحذفه.
9. نقل البيانات خارج بلدك
خوادمنا ومزوّدونا (Google · Hostinger · Cloudflare · PayPal) قد يعالجون بياناتك في دول أخرى، منها الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة. باستخدامك الخدمة فأنت توافق على هذه المعالجة.
10. تعديل هذه السياسة
عند أي تغيير جوهري نحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، وننبّهك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير يمسّ بياناتك مباشرة.

Privacy Policy (English)
This policy explains what we collect on the LeaderMas
website (leadermas.com) and in the LeaderMas Android
app (com.amjad.leadermas), why we collect it, who we share
it with, and how you control it.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- There are no ads in the app. It contains no advertising SDK and we do not track you for advertising.
- We do not access your location, contacts, camera or files. The app does not request those permissions at all.

What we do not collect
No location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data. App permissions are limited to: internet, network state, vibration, notifications, and in-app billing. Card details never reach us — payment happens at the provider; we never see or store your card number.
3. Who we share with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with services the product needs to run:
- Google Sign-In — your name and email, only if you choose Google sign-in.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — your device notification token.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and an anonymous identifier.
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases.
- PayPal — payment details you enter with them.
- YouTube (Google) — embedded video playback, under Google's policy.
- Hostinger — website and database hosting.
- Cloudflare R2 — video file storage.
We may also disclose data where legally required, to defend our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent (for example by turning off notifications) at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Our legal bases are contract (running your account and courses), legitimate interest (security and fixing crashes) and consent (notifications).
5. Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Settings → Delete account, which is immediate. Or use the dedicated page: https://leadermas.com/delete-account/
Deleted: account, progress, notes, questions, scores, XP, wishlist, notifications, devices and enrolments. Kept but anonymised: purchase records, which we must retain as financial records and may need for a refund or dispute; your name, email and phone are stripped from them.
6. Retention
- Account data: while your account exists.
- After a deletion request: executed within 30 days; gone from backups within 90 days.
- Anonymised purchase records: as long as accounting law requires.
- Crash reports: per Google Crashlytics retention.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we restrict database access and review permissions.
8. Children
The service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn of such an account we delete it. Parents may contact us to have one removed.
9. International transfers
Our providers (Google, Hostinger, Cloudflare, PayPal) may process data in other countries, including the EU and the United States. By using the service you consent to this processing.
10. Changes
We update the "Last updated" date above for any material change, and notify you in the app when a change directly affects your data.
